The Pump Automation Unattended Online Monitoring System can ensure that the water tank level is within the expected value range regardless of the peak or low peak period of the water supply. The main and sub-monitoring terminals intelligently control the starting number and running time of the water source well pumps according to the water level of the storage tank, avoiding frequent starting and idling of the pumps.
The construction of the remote monitoring system of the pumping station has improved the pump operation efficiency, greatly saved electric energy, reduced the number of staff, realized the unattended needs of users, and achieved the goal of downsizing and increasing efficiency
■The remote monitoring system of the pumping station includes remote monitoring of the pumping station, secondary water supply or remote monitoring of the booster pumping station, etc. The system realizes the monitoring of intake, water supply flow, pressure, liquid level, and water quality through wireless transmission. Monitoring of station related equipment, remote control on-site water pump or valve start and stop, realize unattended pump station. It also stores and organizes the measured data to provide reliable data support for customers' later various tasks. The system greatly improves the management efficiency of the pumping station and the water supply, while greatly reducing the management cost.
Taking a pumping station in this project as an example, there are 2 water pumps on site, and 1 gate needs to be remotely controlled. At the same time, it is necessary to realize on-site flow, pressure, water quality, temperature and video monitoring. Realize remote viewing of on-site monitoring data, and remotely control the on-off of on-site pumps and gates.
