■Overview

The Intrinsically Safe Programmable Controller has a control output function, which outputs the result of the control logic operation through a relay. The front panel of the control box is equipped with manual operation buttons, which is a redundant design for PLC controller output. Its control contact is not connected to the PLC controller, but is directly connected to the control end of the relay. Even if the PLC controller fails, the manual operation can still be used. The button controls the execution part. The control box can display the collected analog quantity, switch status and control output status on the LCD. The control box adopts an explosion-proof and safe design. The enclosure of the control box adopts a flameproof structure design, and the Intrinsically Safe Power Supply is installed in the flameproof cavity.
