■System overview

Leaky feeder communications in mines offer more stable and effective communication than wired phones. Jinzhou Jinshi Technology Technologies combines a number of technologies in its leaker feeder system, a wireless communication network that can be integrated with tracking and monitoring devices to provide a holistic solution to keep mines connected. The device also is designed to adjust to the radio signal it receives accordingly to minimize the risks of noise degradation, with three multi-platform communications adapter slots which allow it to adapt to multiple leaky feeder systems.

■Use environment of leaky communication system:
All equipment of the leaky communication system are mine-used explosion-proof electrical products, which can be used in environments where there are explosive mixtures of coal dust, methane, etc. underground. It can also be used in special circumstances where radio waves cannot be directly transmitted or poorly transmitted, such as tunnels and underground facilities.

1) Inclined man-cars or infinite rope winches follow the crew to communicate with the winch driver at any time during signalling and voice calls.
2) The patrol inspector of the shaft conducts signal and voice communication with the winch driver in the cage at any time.
3) Voice calls can be made at any time between the mobile personnel in the shaft and the dispatcher on duty.
