■System overview

■Main feature

(1) The oldest control system method is the relay control system. This control system adopts pure hardware control and realizes belt conveyor control through the combination of contactor and relay. Due to the use of pure hardware, the wiring of this system and the arrangement of various components are more complicated, and it is difficult to maintain. If a relay is damaged, the entire circuit will be paralyzed, with slow response and unstable performance.

(2) Use industrial computer to do the control system. Industrial computer is expensive and rarely should be used in belt conveyor control system.

(3) Adopt advanced single-chip microcomputer technology to monitor and control multiple belt conveyor systems in real time. It realizes centralized control and single control for multiple belt conveyor systems. Flexible, small size, low cost, and reliable operation in various harsh environments.

(4) Use Programmable Controller (PLC) to realize the design of belt conveyor control system. PLC is widely used in industry, with stable functions and reliable performance, and can operate normally in some harsh environments. PLC software programming adopts relatively simple ladder diagram, which is widely used by engineers.
