■Overview

KJJ18 mine intrinsically safe network switch (hereinafter referred to as Intrinsically Safe Switch) is a mine-used intrinsically safe device, which can be used in dangerous environments with methane and coal dust explosions, and provides information exchange for equipment with Ethernet or RS485 communication interface channel. The equipment provides 2 Gigabit optical ports, 5 Fast Ethernet ports, 1 standard RS485 communication interface, and has redundant Ethernet function.It can realize data exchange between any two communication ports of 4 Ethernet optical signals and 4 Ethernet electrical signals.It is suitable for underground coal mines where there is gas, coal dust and other explosion hazard places, as communication equipment in metallurgical mines, oil fields, open-pit coal mines, ports, coal preparation plants, power plants and other harsh environments

2. It can work stably in the extreme temperature range and can adapt to the harsh working environment of the industrial site;
3. Provide dual power supply for protection, when one power supply fails, the device can still work normally;
4. Flexible networking, which can form optical fiber self-healing ring network, super Ethernet self-healing ring network or photoelectric combined ring network;
5. Support the electrical port auto-negotiation function, no configuration is needed, and it can automatically keep the same with the peer electrical port settings;
6. Compatible with RS485 communication mode and TCP/IP mode;
7. With two optical communication interfaces, it can realize ring network.
