■System composition
The system is mainly composed of three parts: video monitoring terminal, wireless network transmission platform, and monitoring center.
a) Video surveillance terminals include underground KBA12W mine intrinsically safe cameras, ground color or black and white cameras, ground dome cameras, etc.
b) The wireless transmission platform is composed of intrinsically safe wireless base stations, mine flameproof power supplies, mine flame retardant optical cables, mine flameproof switches, ground industrial switches and other equipment.
c) The monitoring center includes video servers, video monitoring platform control software, video decoders, industrial large screens, video storage devices, multimedia video dispatching stations, monitoring clients, etc.
The front-end camera collects image information. The underground intrinsically safe wired camera can be connected to the nearest intrinsically safe base station or ring network switch through the flame-retardant network cable. The underground wireless camera is connected to the intrinsically safe base station through WiFi, and the intrinsically safe base station is connected to the ring through optical fiber. The network switch uploads the image data to the ground monitoring center, and the video server controls and processes the multi-channel image, and uploads it to the industrial large screen through the decoding server. At the same time, the multimedia video dispatching station can perform video dispatching functions such as frequency division, switching, and audio-video linkage dispatching on the uploaded multi-channel video images.
