Overview

Through automatic spraying or sprinkler, not only clean dust, clean air, while absorbing a certain amount of harmful gases, reduce methane concentration and ambient temperature. It is to improve and control the dust operating environment, prevention and control of dust hazards, safety management equipment.The device can be operated in two working modes: spraying at startup and spraying when coal is transported by belt. It is controlled by the start-stop sensor when the spray is turned on and the touch sensor when the coal flow is sprayed. Only the continuous effective signal can drive the main board to spray the designated parts.

Automatic Sprinkling Dust Reducing Device

1) The LCD screen of the device host can display the device name, model, function and spray delay time, and display the working status of the main control system, sensors, and electric ball valve. The user can also use the dial switch to adjust the spray delay time.
2) The host structure of the device is explosion-proof and intrinsically safe. It is designed with a high-performance single-chip microcomputer. The program can be changed according to the actual situation. The working mode is flexible and easy to operate.
3) Compared with the traditional solenoid valve, the electric ball valve has a large sphere area, which increases the sealing area and ensures that the 7mpa water pressure will not leak. The ball is made of stainless steel, which has enhanced corrosion resistance and is not easily damaged by corrosion.
4) The sensitivity of the touch sensor can be adjusted by the user according to the actual situation on site.
